Terms of Service

ZAVRO is a creator-support platform that helps authorized creators understand and respond to audience participation during live streams.

ZAVRO may:

• Connect to a YouTube live stream selected by an authorized creator;
• Retrieve live-chat messages through YouTube API Services;
• Organize live discussions into topics and frequently raised questions;
• Identify viewpoints and participation signals;
• Generate creator-facing summaries and response suggestions; and
• Provide post-stream summaries and follow-up information.

ZAVRO uses YouTube API Services. By using ZAVRO’s YouTube-connected features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.

Your use of Google and YouTube services remains subject to the terms, policies, and privacy practices established by Google and YouTube. ZAVRO is not endorsed, sponsored, or operated by YouTube or Google.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information;
• Protecting access to your ZAVRO account;
• Maintaining the security of devices used to access ZAVRO;
• All activity occurring through your account; and
• Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

You must expressly authorize ZAVRO through Google’s authorization process before ZAVRO can access authorized YouTube data. You represent that:

• You are authorized to connect the relevant YouTube account or channel;
• You will connect only live streams that you are entitled to manage or analyze;
• Information you provide to ZAVRO is accurate; and
• Your use of ZAVRO will comply with applicable law and YouTube’s terms and policies.

You may use ZAVRO only for legitimate creator-support, audience-engagement, and live-interaction purposes. You must not:

• Use ZAVRO to harass, threaten, surveil, or unlawfully profile another person;
• Attempt to identify sensitive personal characteristics of live-chat participants;
• Scrape YouTube or Google services outside the authorized API functionality;
• Circumvent YouTube API limits, quotas, security controls, or authorization requirements;
• Use automated systems to overload or disrupt ZAVRO or YouTube;
• Sell, sublicense, or redistribute YouTube API Data obtained through ZAVRO;
• Use ZAVRO to create deceptive or misleading representations about YouTube data;
• Misrepresent ZAVRO-generated information as official YouTube information;
• Upload malware or malicious code;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; or
• Use ZAVRO in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Creators remain responsible for their live streams, public statements, moderation decisions, and responses to audience members.

ZAVRO does not control messages posted by YouTube live-chat participants and does not guarantee that those messages are accurate, lawful, appropriate, or representative of the creator’s full audience.

Creators should exercise independent judgment before acting on any discussion summary or suggested response.

ZAVRO may use automated analysis and artificial intelligence to generate:

• Topic groupings;
• Frequently raised questions;
• Discussion summaries;
• Audience viewpoints;
• Participation signals; and
• Suggested response priorities.

ZAVRO may currently be provided as a free beta service.

We may introduce free, paid, subscription, or usage-based plans in the future. We will disclose applicable pricing and payment terms before charging users.

Use of a free or beta version does not guarantee that any feature will remain free or continue to be available. Beta features may be incomplete, changed, restricted, suspended, or discontinued.

Our Privacy Policy explains how ZAVRO accesses, collects, uses, processes, stores, shares, and deletes information. By using ZAVRO, you acknowledge the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

You must not use ZAVRO to collect or process personal information in violation of applicable privacy or data-protection laws.

ZAVRO and its associated software, interfaces, designs, branding, documentation, workflows, and technology are owned by or licensed to ZAVRO Pte. Ltd.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use ZAVRO for its intended purpose. These Terms do not transfer ownership of ZAVRO technology or intellectual property to you.

Creators retain their rights in their original content. YouTube content and YouTube API Data remain subject to the rights and policies applicable to YouTube and the relevant content owners.

If you voluntarily provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions about ZAVRO, you permit us to use that feedback to develop and improve the service without an obligation to compensate you.

This does not transfer ownership of your original content to ZAVRO.

ZAVRO relies on third-party services, including Google and YouTube.

Those services may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue functionality. ZAVRO is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, data errors, or service interruptions caused by third-party services.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

You may stop using ZAVRO at any time and may request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

• A violation of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity;
• A legal or regulatory requirement;
• A security risk;
• A request or restriction imposed by Google or YouTube;
• Nonpayment of future paid fees; or
• Discontinuation of the service.

We may modify, add, restrict, or discontinue features to improve ZAVRO, comply with law, respond to security concerns, or meet third-party API requirements.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZAVRO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that:

• ZAVRO will operate without interruption;
• Every live-chat message will be retrieved;
• Automated analysis will be accurate or complete;
• Suggested responses will be appropriate;
• The service will meet every creator’s requirements; or
• Third-party services will remain available.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZAVRO Pte. Ltd. and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use ZAVRO.

For a free beta service, our total aggregate liability relating to ZAVRO will not exceed SGD 100, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

After paid plans are introduced, the applicable plan terms may specify a different liability limit.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold ZAVRO Pte. Ltd. harmless from third-party claims arising from:

• Your unlawful use of ZAVRO;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Content or instructions you provide;
• Your infringement of another person’s rights; or
• Your unauthorized connection or use of a YouTube account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, disputes relating to these Terms or ZAVRO will be submitted to the courts of Singapore.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to ZAVRO, applicable law, pricing, security practices, or third-party service requirements.

The updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
